1. Because Prices are coming down (slowly).
2. Because Sellers are not getting List Prices.
3. Because Sellers are Giving BUYERS Concessions.
4. Because there is little to NO buying competition.
5. Because INTEREST RATES are NOT going down.
6. This situation is not going to get more stable in 6 months.
