Finding A Home
I will set you up with the most up-to-date listings through our MLS service as well as creating notifications to be sent to you when homes hit the market that might interest you.. I will also dedicate my time to searching for homes on your behalf as well as using my marketing knowledge to find homes that may not be on market or not on your radar.
Making an Offer
When you are ready to make an offer, I will guide you through the process and prepare all of the paperwork. Offers can be very complicated. Your offer may be rejected or the seller may include contingencies. Whatever the case, I will be beside you through the entire process.
Once your offer is accepted, you are under contract. I will work with you on all aspects of closing such as earnest money submission, home inspection, appraisal, and final walkthrough.
Your lender will confirm closing on your new home. He/She will provide you with all the loan information (monthly payments, loan terms, taxes, etc.). Once you’ve signed the paperwork, you own your new home.
