October Middle TN Update

So the slow down has continued.

Does that mean people are not buying or selling homes? No.

Does it mean that Buyers have ALOT of negotiating power? Yes

Are SOME Sellers getting desperate? Yes

Are they giving homes away for nothing? No

That said, I think the November numbers will show a real drop in price and sales. Why? Because when the interest rates hit 7.5 in Sept/Oct, alot of buyers quit touring. I believe they said, let’s take a break and come back next year.

That said, last month I sold a home that was only on the market 7 days.

I sold 5 homes in October and had my second best volume month ever. So there is still traffic.

Also, there are solutions for buyers like adjustable fix rate mortgages or 3-1 buy downs. And lower prices. Curious reach out.
