Market update time from your Official Middle TN Realtor….
So Real Estate is local. The markets are all different. Nashville is different from Mt. Juliet.
Sumner is different from Williamson County.
What I am seeing and hearing is that in Middle TN is that we have many more sellers than buyers.
My Suggestion, if you want to buy, the next 3 months most likely will be the best time in the next 12 months. If you wait until rates go down to 5’s, you will be competing with so many buyers that we will experience what we did during 2021. There will be multiple offers. Sellers will not repair homes. Sellers will not offer Closing Costs Paid.
There will alot of competition for homes.
Sellers may even raise their prices.
